Typical cuisine barrosã, integrated in a rural tourism unit in the village of river Walls. The visit to this kitchen allows a trip up to the times in which this was the most common family living space.
Here we find the most varied utensils and objects characteristic of traditional cuisine: a rustic family table; a bench facing the fireplace where afumam, hanging in lareiros, the chouriças, the sausages and sausages and, in toucinheiras, the hams; the stupid enough to support for Caldera, who warmed to the warmth of the bonfire; the traditional wood-burning oven; the parrugueira where it was piling up the gray; the pots and other containers of homemade culinary.
