A small pedestrian trail at the Lindodo parish, in the village of Parada. The trail crosses lush vegetation areas, old abandoned mills and wonderful hillside by the Lima river. A special note to the natural pool known as Poço da Gola, a unique, edenic place.

Ample green space, with leafy trees, several gardens, some statues, a lovely bandstand (from the architect Silva Pinto), benches and a half-pipe. At the time of the Queima das Fitas (a students’ party) it welcomes the Noites do Parque (Park Nights).

With a surface of 14,583 hectares, the Natural Park extends from the northern boundary of the municipality of Sintra, near the mouth of the river Hawk, to the Citadel of Cascais, forming part of the metropolitan area of Lisbon. Encompasses areas of great sensitivity for its floristic and landscape, geomorphologic characteristics, and part of the area is part of the list of World Heritage Sites in the category of Cultural landscape. Granite houses with iron gratings. The Terva landscapes surround the village. The mines of the "poço das freitas" are located nearby.

Nice area overlooking the lagoa das Sete cidades, ideal for picnics. Has a few benches and tables and grills.

The picnic Park of Praia da Marinha is a space that has tables and appropriate infrastructures to organize picnics with family or friends.

Mixed type dam, earth and gravity, integrated in a plain area, in Ribeira da Raia (Tejo Hydrographic Basin).

River also called Séqua or Ribeira da Asseca, it is navigable, at high tide, by trawlers and other small boats.

To the east of the Mondego river, at about 20 kilometres from Gouveia, near the EN232 (National Road), there is this place where the water flows from a rock to a stone basin. It then continues to the northeast, in Celorico da Beira, then to the southwest, and has its mouth in Figueira da Foz, totalling 227 kilometres.
