Quinta do Vallado

The historic Quinta do Vallado inaugurated in 2012, a new building and with it, the new Wine Country Hotel. New rooms nicely decorated rooms with stunning views, without neglecting the tradition of this unit "docked" in centuries-old vineyards. The new Wine Country Hotel sum eight bedrooms and various common areas. The goal is to complement the hotel offer of the old traditional House, which once belonged to Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira-the legendary Ferreirinha. The traditional House maintains the functioning as a Guest House. The Hotel Rural Quinta do Vallado is now composed of two buildings with different environments that combine tradition and modernity, a complex built and designed in the image of the Douro wine environment. The interiors brand by Nordic furniture vintage references that share the space with domestic materials, in a well designed harmony. The various fireplaces of common spaces invite you to moments of relaxation and leisure, duly accompanied by nectar that gives fame to the fifth.
