Forte de São Bruno

Built by Dom João IV in 1647, this fortress belonged to the defensive system of the Tejo's inlet. Throughout the centuries it was several times occupied and adapted, gaving been a post of the fiscal guard, a centre of juvenile sailing and a youth hostel.
