Museu da Chanfana
In the Museum restaurant of Chanfana no mistake. In the biological Park of Serra da Lousã, at the gates of Miranda do Corvo, homage to traditional regional cuisine, based on the old goat meat, pork and still in the hunt and fishing. Potential controversies aside, the region is assumed as "capital of chanfana. The space, modern and effective, recounts the history and tradition of this area of Portugal and features dishes like chanfana, negalhos, wedding soup and sweet nabada originating in the monastery of Santa Maria de Semide. Furthermore, the restaurant of Chanfana Museum is the only place where you can taste this sweet conventual.
