Zambeze
O Zambeze Restaurante propõe sugestões baseadas na cozinha tradicional portuguesa, nomeadamente beirã, e moçambicana. Na base do conceito está a união entre as regiões das Beiras (portuguesa e moçambicana). Caril de caranguejo, Camarão com quiabos e leite de coco, Camarão à Laurentina e Frango à Zambeziana com batata frita são alguns dos pratos emblemáticos com sabor a África. O cabritinho e o bacalhau ajudam a representar Portugal. A decoração ostenta diversos elementos emblemáticos da cultura portuguesa, entre os quais peças de faiança Bordallo Pinheiro. A esplanada, com capacidade para 100 pessoas, proporciona uma vista fantástica sobre a cidade de Lisboa e o rio Tejo.
