Ibo Café
O Ibo Café, situa-se no Cais do Sodré à beira rio. Com uma carta mais leve, no Ibo Café destacam-se os petiscos da autoria do chef João Pedro Pedrosa, como as Puntillitas (9,00€), o Choco grelhado com molho de malagueta de verde (8,50€) ou as Anchovas com alho, coentros e azeite (9,00€). Neste espaço, fazem ainda parte da ementa saladas (entre 7,50€ e 9,50€), hambúrgueres (entre 6,50€ e 7,50€), salgados (chamuças – 2,00€, pastéis de massa tenra – 2,00€, croquetes de sapateira – 2,00€), quiches (3,50€ a fatia), tostas (entre 2,20€ e 4,50€), pizzas de alfarroba e integrais (5,80 €) e, mantendo sempre a ligação a Moçambique, a “Lili da Polana” (9,00€), prego conhecido em Maputo. Dentro do mesmo edifício encontra-se a Gelateria Fiori, que destaca os gelados mas também serve waffles e crepes. Entre os sabores apresentados, salientam-se alguns mais tropicais, como papaia, manga e caju ou os mais clássicos, como o morango, o chocolate ou a nata, todos eles feitos artesanalmente.
