A elegância do restaurante divide-se entre o pátio, com os seus limoeiros, oliveiras e uma peça de azulejaria da artista Joana Rego, e a belíssima sala interior, onde impera a serenidade dos tons pastel e um ambiente descontraído. Aqui, funde-se a informalidade do bistrô, com a alta gastronomia, assinada pelo chefe Benoît Sinthon, do madeirense Il Gallo d’Oro, e sob batuta executiva de João Espírito Santo. Perninhas de codorniz, cavala fumada e as fantásticas lapas da Madeira, acompanhadas de bolo do caco destacam-se nas entradas, enquanto nos principais pode optar por Fregola Sarda, uma massa a lembrar o couscous, típica da Sardenha, com ovo cozido a 63 graus. No topo, presunto Pata Negra, cogumelos desidratados, algumas ervas e broa de milho. Termine com "Paris-Lisboa-Funchal", uma sobremesa que remete para o percurso de Benoît Sinthon e as fusões alimentadas neste Bistrô4.
