This was the first temple built in Portugal for the worship of this saint. It is located on top of a hill in La Salette Park, a wooded area with romantic gardens and a lake, bandstand and fountain. Religious building, with a neo-medieval character, built at the end of the 19th century by António Correia da Silva (architectural project), Henrique Moreira (façade sculpture), Ricardo Leone (stained-glass windows) and Jerónimo Monteiro da Costa (park project).

Located on a hill close to the city of Oliveira de Azeméis, La Salette Park was created in 1909 and is currently managed by the La Salette Foundation. Considered an unavoidable reference in the region at an environmental and leisure level, this forest area was classified as being of public interest by the National Forestry Authority in 2009, during the anniversary of its centenary, rewarding size, age, rarity and, above all, species diversity, highlighting the Australian tea tree and the sequoia. The park also features a lake and the La Salette chapel, an important place of worship and architectural interest.
Casa-Museu Ferreira de Castro

This is the former home of writer José Maria Ferreira de Castro (1898-1974), author of books such as "A Selva", which describes the drama of emigrants and the exoticism of the Amazon jungle, and "Volta ao Mundo", a description of his almost two-year journey shortly before the Second World War. This building, dating from the mid-19th century, is now a museum that brings together the writer's books, manuscripts and personal objects, including the shoes and suitcase that accompanied him on this trip around the world.

18th century church with nave and chancel. It features a tower attached to the main façade that shows 19th century renovations. Inside the sacristy, Spanish-Arabic tiles are still preserved. The baptismal chapel features 17th century stonework. It also preserves a gilded altarpiece and neoclassical altarpieces with white, blue and gold carvings.
Igreja de São Miguel de Vilarinho

Temple of Romanesque origin, altered in later times. The portico is made of archivolts based on columns with carved capitals. Inside, a sculpture from the 15th century and two paintings on wood from the 16th century stand out.
