A filigrana é a arte portuguesa de trabalhar o fio de ouro ou de prata. Há dois tipos de filigranas: a de aplicação e a de integração (joias). As peças mais características têm a forma de coração, Cruz de Malta, alfinetes medalhas, brincos, caravelas, entre outros.
