A familiar beach with a wide stretch of sand. Attended by surfers, it has a few bars.

At the bottom of a very steep valley is this fishing beach, as you can see by the number of boats parked on the sand and others anchored in the sea. Many are there to take tourists to discover the tunnels and caves that abound in this part of the coast. The beach is short and small and the sea waters are clear and calm, good for swimming.

Tourist beach with lots of animation. It is located to the north of Figueira da Foz and has an extensive beach and waves called "direitaças", perfect for surf and windsurf lovers. A lot of beach bars and restaurants.

A beach located in the middle of the Cascais line, very well conceited, located by the mouth of the Tejo river and the fortress of São Julião da Barra.Rather sought after mostly by the youngsters, it has good conditions for winsurfing and there is even a windsurf school there.There are hal a dozen bars and restaurants that offer good mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Located in the Natural Park, this is a very lovely, quite rocky beach, mostly in the low tide. There are springs and naturists. It is well fit for surfing.

One of the most urban beaches, even though there is on in the area that onc welcomed fishermen. There are several restaurants nearby.

A beach located by the Bandeira Fortress, used as a sheltering port by the sailing club.
