"The dairy Gourmet, Cuisine d ' Grandmother" is a modern and cosy space where you can enjoy a meal with the quality of the best Alentejo traditions. Keeping the base of the original space "the dairy-Gourmet", in March 2010 the dairy comes up with a new management, giving it a more traditional, rustic image to the restaurant, in harmony with the Alentejo cuisine offered.

Among the 20 to 50 entries, try the sauteed mushrooms, sausages, tuna with black-eyed peas and the Endive, but don't get distracted, because then comes the main course, like the delicious deep-fried shrimp and ribs with the hunk of cow. Shot with one of the desserts or combine your favorite and get to realize, in the fullness, the reason for the choice of the name of the restaurant.

Seafood Restaurant Fialho is situated next to the Ria Formosa, to obtain views from the terrace. The door is the grill and the Exhibitor always fresh fish, some of them, caught minutes before by fishermen of ria. Therefore, fish and seafood are the protagonists of the menu. If your appetite calls for meat, there are black pork secret, Alentejo pork and the lamb chops.

It has a welcoming atmosphere and a wide variety of dishes, be it for the hot weather days, such as salads, or for the colder ones. It has also children's menus, fast dishes and vegetarian dishes. It has a terrace with views of one of the most touristy streets in Carvoeiro and usually has live music inside.
