Este projeto de turismo rural é composto por quatro grandes áreas: turismo, agropecuária, ecologia e meio ambiente. Nos seus mais de 400 hectares, dispõe de uma piscina biológica, restaurante, pomar, horta biológica e ainda um Centro de Interpretação da Natureza, Mel e Biodiversidade.

Rustic house recovered, all in stone, located at the slope of Serra da Estrela. A Casa da Eira, situated in the village of Vilar, is an ancient farmhouse transformed into Rural Tourism accommodation. This complex maintains the architectural structure of a wealthy farm house in the region of Barroso: the houses of housing and the den involve an inner courtyard, the old barns and stables, now converted into a Museum and regional wine cellar define the perimeter of the eira that gives the name to the House.

Capela edificada no séc. XX com a colaboração dos habitantes de Lajes. Nos dias de hoje a capela sofreu uma pequena ampliação para a implantação de uma casa mortuária. Localizada numa das zonas nobres desta localidade, este templo é um dos seus principais cartões de visita.

Capela do sé. XVIII com uma bonita fachada, tem no seu interior o altar-mor formado por três nichos. No central destaca-se a imagem do orago e os laterais albergam as imagens de S. João Baptista dum lado e Nossa Senhora das Dores, do outro.

The "Parque de Lazer da Seroa" (Seroa's Leisure Park) has more than 16000 square metres of a green and pleasant area. It has a lake where one can ride "gaivotas", a children's playground, a bandstand for music and theatre shows, a bar and several maintenance trails. Water is essential and permanent throughout the park that is crossed by three wooden bridges.
