Library distributed in different spaces and environments, which invite you to discover the collection and information resources.

Until April 2005 the Municipal Library Florbela Espanca was located in the Palacete de Trevões (Trevões Manor). On May 2005 it moved to a new building, by the architect Alcino Soutinho, that has a reading room with papers and magazines, an adults room/local fund, infantole and juvenile, audiovisual; some books may be borrowed and there are photocopies, internet access, reading animation and library.

This Library, located in an old building, has a multi uses room, an audiovisual room, an adults room and a childern's room. It features 42 magazines and daily, local and regional papers. The audiovisuals room is equipped with a DVD, two videos and three TV sets. It has also 14 free intrnet computers.

Modern structure, opened in 2001, with a capacity to receive events of diverse nature, with children's room and audiovisual equipment.

The Library is divided into a multipurpose room where reading meetings, conferences, among other activities are held, an audiovisual sector, an adult area with the possibility of local consultation and home loan, and a children's area with several entertainment spaces.
