Coral - A Sushi Concept
Coral-the Sushi is a Concept restaurant of Japanese cuisine that is based on a new integrated concept of sushi, which seeks to meet the new challenges of the market today. On the menu are daily the flavors of fresh fish, a tribute to traditional Japanese and Chef's specialties Aron Vargas, who worked with the founder of Aya.
Situated in a prime location, the Coral restaurant-Sushi Concept-is inserted into the imposing principal facade of outer space Hotel Cascais Miragem, has a unique view over the sea and a pleasant terrace on the Marginal space.
