The space is cozy, with some refinement and very own décor. Stained glass illuminated Earth landscapes adorn the walls, being already an ex libris of this establishment, together with the quality of the food, with an emphasis on the traditional dishes and desserts such as chocolate cream pie or bread pudding with nuts. In the noble zone of town of Sertã, the restaurant is flanked by the municipal gardens, by two streams and the Roman bridge that justified the name. The space features a panoramic room with a view, very well presented. The confection is looked after and recommended. The kitchen come dishes full of flavour and tradition, as the fish soup of Mrs. Parr, Bucho and Maranhos them Stuffed da Sertã, the Lamb stone (custom), the black pig little cheeks, the beautiful fennel Sausages. Na ementa deste restaurante espere encontrar muitas perdições regionais: bucho, maranho e cabrito estonado são apenas três exemplos. Elogia-se a cozinha do chamado "Pinhal Interior", mas a oferta vais mais longe, com o saboroso polvo à Lagareiro. Juntem-se ainda uma elogiada sopa de peixe e os cartuchos de amêndoa de Cernache do Bonjardim.
