Vinum Restaurant & Wine Bar
The Vinum restaurant integrates the imposing and historic caves Grahams, 19TH century. The best of the traditional cuisine of the Douro, Trás-os-Montes, the Minho and the Atlantic Ocean: Samosas de Moura and Apple, grilled Sausage with peppers, grilled fish of lota de Matosinhos and many old cow of Trás-os-Montes are the proposals of the Vinum restaurant, whose kitchen is in charge of Celme Teixeira. These traditional dishes, added a touch of innovation inspired by the most important references of the international cuisine, in order to offer a unique dining experience, as the Tartar Steaks, roast beef, Foie Gras Mi-Cuit or oxtail stew with wine. The dishes are naturally accompanied by Douro wines DOC and Symington family port. The Wine Bar and Atrium, which enjoy breathtaking views over the Douro River and the city of Porto.
