O Hemingway é uma casa de petiscos, de inspiração na cozinha tradicional portuguesa e no conceito das tapas da vizinha Espanha. Além dos petiscos, há dois pratos especiais cujos nomes homenageiam a obra do escritor: "O Velho e o Mar" e o "Kilimanjaro" (As Neves do Kilimanjaro).O bar é uma componente imoportante do espaço, com um serviço de Gin ao gosto pessoal de cada cliente.
