Cais de Gaia
Located on the left bank of the Douro River, directly facing Oporto's Ribeira (riverside), the Gaia
Ribeira is a lively area, most especially during the summer. The tourists do not resist the temptation of a walk on this side of the river and of visiting the Port Wine Cellars. The Cais de Gaia, a space that includes many bars and restaurants with lovely terraces near the banks is more recent.
