Rio Zêzere
After the Mondego, this is the second longest river entirely in Portugal. It starts on the Estrela mountain, at an approcimate altitude of 1900 m, and measures 242 km. The Nabão and the Alge, as well as the Isna, Paul, Bogas, Pêra and Unhais brooks are its main tributaries. It has its mouth in Constância. It is used for producing electricity.
