Toca da Raposa

Opened in 2011, this restaurant is located in the Centre of the village of Ervedosa. Retrieving old family recipes, proposes some of the regional recipes that always were prepared on Thursdays do Douro. A traditional line joins other more innovative looking for, on the one hand, offer these recipes a more sophisticated presentation and, on the other hand, perform a creative cuisine where relate so exuberant local raw material with the new forms of knitting and presentation. The list also includes a generous wine list for tasting with cheeses and desserts, and the particularity to have wine by the glass Charter.
