Há constantes experiências nesta cozinha comandada por um engenheiro que as circunstâncias da vida colocaram atrás dos tachos. Inúmeras viagens gastronómicas estão na base de propostas em que a cozinha portuguesa ocupa lugar de destaque, em pratos que variam ao sabor das estações. "Os preferidos do chefe" como o Parmantier de polvo com puré de batata, o Tagliatere de alheira e o Tatin, confecionado com ingredientes da época, têm lugar de destaque na carta. Quanto ao espaço, cruza a tradição e história dos diversos usos que o centenário edifício já albergou com uma decoração moderna. De vocação noturna, abre também ao almoço com menus executivos por €10.
