Museu do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto

At the Museum of the ISEP are gathered scientific instruments, educational models and other objects that were belonging to the Institute over the years and to assist education units, constituting a collection that extends to almost all areas of engineering taught in this establishment: of physics to electronics, of mathematics to mechanics, chemical engineering civilian, through drawing and mineralogy. In addition to the objects the Museum has a considerable bibliographical estate where we can find major reference works such as the encyclopedia of Diderot and D'alembert, a precious book of Musschenbroeck physics or a book of architecture of Leon Battista Alberti, as well as a file with several types of documents, such as: minutes, correspondence, student processes, among others.
