Edifício do Hospital da Misericórdia de Ponte de Sor
Hospital belonging to Misericórdia, opened in 1936, after being offered by Ana Nogueira Vaz Monteiro and José Vaz Monteiro. The geometric shapes are evident. It consists of two infirmaries and other divisions typical of this type of construction, as well as a chapel consisting of nave, chancel and sacristy. Of note is the panel of blue and white revivalist tiles alluding to Saint Margaret of Cortona in the women's ward and, in the men's, a panel of Saint Francis.
