Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Salto
A panoramic place fit for practising radical sports. The viewable landscape is wide. There is a legend that tells that a knight the chased the devil, disguised as a deer, jumped over the abbiss at the Lugar do Salto. As he fell, he called for the name of Our Lady and miraculously both horse and knight managed it to the other side, where one can still see the marks of the horse's horseshoes. To thank Our Lady, the knight oredered that the chapel of Our Lady of Salto would be built. This place is much appreciated both by the locals and by tourists due to its excellent location.
