Casa de Bento Carqueja

House where was born Benedict Gorse, one of the most notable sons of the city. Founder of the newspaper "O Comércio do Porto", resided in this town the greater part of her life but maintained a permanent link to Oliveira de Azeméis. Had a key role in stimulating a broad set of activities of cultural, sports, nature tourism and social solidarity.
