Marco Miliário de Currais

Milestone of the Via Romana XVII, located in the village of corrals, under the porch of a House recently rebuilt. According to oral information, was moved to this location in 1900, of old bridge, Car port or bridge of Three Slots (which will have been destroyed by a flood of the river).
This is a landmark carved into granite of thick grain in the medium, quite polished, with 2.20 meters high. There are visible traces of Roman letters, identifies only a latest engraving (1900 M).
