Aposta claramente no conceito da cozinha tradicional portuguesa, trabalhando com produtos nacionais de excelência. Nos vinhos, há uma aposta forte para que seja uma bandeira do restaurante. A carta de vinhos contém 240 referências, das quais 63 estão disponíveis a copo, havendo uma preocupação constante com a sua conservação. A casa organiza eventos e tem como hábito participar em concursos gastronómicos também eles relacionados com o vinho e com a gastronomia Portuguesa.
