Miss Saigon - M. Butterfly
Modern and minimalist restaurant, located next to Vasco da Gama Tower, in the Parque das Nações. Serves vegetarian cuisine inspired by flavours from around the world, using more than 80% of organic ingredients from organic farming. Every day there are three courses: two typical dishes of the world adapted to the vegetarian cuisine and a kitchen specialty Miss Saigon. On Mondays there's always 1 Vietnamese dish. Every week the menu changes with different dishes. The Monday and Saturday the dishes are all vegan. Beyond gastronomy, the restaurant streamlines other activities such as workshops of vegetarian cuisine.
