Aberto todos os dias para almoços e jantares, serve pizzas em forno a lenha, entre outras iguarias, repletas de ingredientes frescos e caseiros. A Mercantina destaca-se ainda por ter sido o segundo restaurante em Portugal a receber a certificação da Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, entidade que distingue as melhores pizzas napolitanas a nível mundial.
