La Brasserie de L'Entrecôte
At Alameda dos Oceanos, this space added a touch of sophistication and good taste to the Parque das Nações. Has its origins in Switzerland, more precisely in Geneva, where he was inspired by the concept of a single dish: entrecôte of empty Brasserie sauce (18 ingredients, special sauce made from herbs, Dijon mustard and fine spices) accompanied by thin and crispy fries. In 2006, the menu has been increased with the seitan dish, a great alternative for vegetarians. At the entrances, in addition to the traditional salad, the menu also includes marinated salmon. An ambitious wine that combines image labels and proven quality with new references, accompany the meal. The varied offer of wine by the glass allows, on the other hand, that each can choose the wine according to your preferences.
