Senses
O restaurante Senses, no Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort, em Lagos, tem novo chefe e nova abordagem gastronómica desde o início do verão de 2016. Diogo Pereira apresenta pratos de assinatura, com forte inpsiração nos produtos locais e sazonais, dos peixes e mariscos aos enchidos de Monchique. O restaurante Senses serve apenas ao jantares, na sala interior, com vista para cozinha de finalização, ou na esplanada, à carta ou menus de degustação. Existe ainda uma sugestão diária do chefe. Bom atendimento e bom serviço de vinhos. À entrada do restaurante, encontra um bar de apoio, o Purpur, além do Champagne Bar Pommery.Em desenvolvimento está a vertente de healthy food.
