Genuíno
Mais do que um simples restaurante, este é um espaço de memórias, uma espécie de museu pessoal de Genuíno Madruga, um açoriano que se atreveu a dar uma volta ao Mundo solitariamente num pequeno veleiro, e passando do Atlântico para o Pacífico. Pelas paredes há recordações, símbolos e marcos dessa e de outras viagens, influência essas que também se sentem na comida, feita com produtos locam mas sujeitas a experiências adquiridas noutras latitudes. Muitos dos pratos foram batizados com nomes de outros navegadores famosos que também passaram pelas águas dos Açores.
