This set of buildings resulting from the re-use of a summer farm, which belonged to the Bishops of the guard, to install a judicial establishment of internment for minors with a reeducativo program of agricultural vocation (in 1926). Between 1926 and 2003 suffered successive adaptations and expansions.

In this solar from the XVII century we have to stand out the existence of a distinct body integrated on the building and parallel to the frontage with open balconies supported by classic columns with a Coat of Arms on the entrance. The sixteen hundreds elements have to be mentioned, such as the porch with columns with simple capital and architrave decorated with triglyph, a door with a straight arch topped by a disrupted pediment decorated with volutes and cannon gargoyles.

Convent located out-of-doors, where Peter lived. In 1246 was already built and in 1634 the community already had 28 brothers. With the expulsion of the religious orders was turned into barracks. Underwent restoration and now houses the District Archives of the guard.
