Chapel built in the 16th century, under the protection of the Archbishop Alexander of Braganza and with the contribution of the architect Francisco de Mora, responsible for the plant. Its main features are the altar in gilt in the chancel, nave of rectangular plant and its simplicity, given the severity of manners and the conduct of the "Discalced Carmelites". In January 2005 the intervention works were initiated for recovery and boosting the building multipurpose cultural, tourist and social level.

Baroque convent where works, currently, the Museu de Angra do Heroísmo. It is an 18th century building which was built on two earlier closures Franciscan. This building is what is left of the very ancient Pintos de Begide Manor, a descendant of Dom Tructezendo Guedes, Lord of the Paiva Lands, where, according to local tradition, he lived with his daughter and his grand-daughter Dona Maria Teresa Taveira, who would be the mother of Saint Anthony. The building is very badly preserved. It can be acceded on foot along an earth path.

Romanesque architecture Church founded in the 12th century. Also known as Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Conceição or still as Church of Abbreviations due to extraordinary carved of signs or brands of construction site. The façade, in granite, stands out the broken arch portal with sculpted capitals. The interior is a single nave covered with a roof hispano-Arabic. It is the only Temple of the Premonstratensian (Augustinians) exists in Portugal.

Isolated in the middle of the Lezíria, religious, Baroque architecture, the Church of our Lady of Alcamé is erected under a raised platform to prevent the entry of water. Designed by the architect José Manuel de Carvalho and Slavers and 18th-century House, was built by the first Patriarch of Lisbon. It consists of nave and chancel at the same height, corresponding to double the sacristy and the Bell access. The altar is dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
