Esta é uma hamburgueria que se insere num antigo talho. Os cabides, já foram ganchos para pendurar a carne, e a casa de banho foi um dia uma arca frigorífica. Os hamburgueres são servidos em pão convencional ou em bolo do caco.

O restaurante A Varina, na freguesia Murtosa, serve essencialmente grelhados no carvão, com predominância dos peixes sempre frescos. O restaurante serve também diversos mariscos e pratos tradicionais portugueses, aliados a algumas inovações gastronómicas. A esplanada e a sala interior têm vista para a Ria de Aveiro.

This restaurant's rustic atmosphere is noticeable in the tables with sarplier towels, brown paper hand towels and cloth napkins. Open since the spring 2006, it specializes in its several cod dishes (with "broa" - a sort of rough bread -, "à lagareiro" and "à Zé do Pipo"), the kid, the roasted veal and the "posta à mirandesa" (a thick, tender steak).
