A vegetal coverture with lime trees, plane-trees, cedars, cork oak trees, native or American oak trees, pine trees, chestnute trees and more. It is composed of an alamede.

In the garden you will find fountains from the XVI and XIX centuries. It is a place where you can catch sight of the Douro River.

Garden planned by the architect Luís Cunha, opened in 1960, with a panoramic view over the Douro River. Here we’ll find a set of bronze sculptures made by Lagoa Henriques.

This garden, projected in 1857, has quite a number of trees and inside it we find a small lake crossed by a bridge. This place, for its localization, is a binding transit zone. Just across the street is the Santo António Hospital and some old buildings.

A park with many trees, namely ancestral plane-trees that are an invitation for resting and relaxing, as it is suitable for a thermal cure. There is a cafe/restaurant.

The garden goes back to 1881, being that in 1930 a monument paying homage to Alfredo Keil, composer and the author of the National Hymn, was raised. It has small lake and about 12 species of trees, with a coralina and a sumauma with 14 metres high standing out.

With 5ha, this is an enclose space, with cypress, pines and eucalyptus. It has sculptures, a playground and picnic area, an esplanade, a swimming-pool, a lake, an ancient kiosk and glazed tiles panels from 1915. There are informative plaques about the arboreous species and a map of the park.

A garden classed as a Puclic Interest Construction, as well as the meia laranja (half orange) that borders it.
