This small road for cyclists is a different, enjoyable way of getting to know the town.

Located to the east of the town of Fafe, the hill stands between the Vizela river and the Tâmega valley on the Basto region. Once named Gateiras Hill, it has a green, fertile valley, with diversified landscapes, namely of vineyards, cherry trees and chestnut trees.

The Rota dos Espigueiros (Espigueiros Trail) is a small pedestrian trail, 14 km long, along magnificent pathways between the villages of Bastelo and Várzea Cova.

A small pedestrian trail that crosses the villages of Lagoa, Pedraído, Felgueiras and Gontim, always along old roads. It crosses the most typical rural mountain areas in the parish of Fafe and is approximately 15 km long.

A cork oak tree named Quercus Suber L, that belongs to the family of the Fagaceae. This tree, located on the São Geraldo Square, belongs to the Parish of the Freguesia of Veiros. It was classed in 1938 and revealed as of public interest in 1993.

It includes the Natural Park of the São Mamede Mountain. It is normally used by mountain climbers.
