Ancient park, occupied since 1635 by the Capuchin friars, which offers a romantic and peaceful atmosphere, in addition to several botanical rarities. In this park are the Baroque Church of the Third Order of São Francisco and the 17th century chapel of Nossa Senhora das Vitórias. Located in Crestuma, very close to the dam, this green refuge was born in 2009, as a result of the restoration of an old farmhouse abandoned by the municipality. Overlooking the Douro River, it rises between terraces, offering fantastic views and pleasant walking routes. There, it is possible to observe the native vegetation, namely species such as ash, cork oaks, oaks and strawberry trees, as well as archaeological remains.
