The campsite Orbitur Viana do Castelo, located in the vicinity of praia do Cabedelo, offers all conditions to offer weekends and pleasant vacation in contact with nature. Can choose to camp outdoors, in tents, or if you prefer more comfort will always have the possibility to rent bungalows. Enjoy and explore points of interest surrounding the Park, as the Viewpoint of Monte de Santa Luzia, the Fort of Santiago da Barra or even the historic centre of Viana do Castelo.

The campsite of Fraguinha retreat, situated in the middle of the serra da Arada, in the parish of Candal, in São Pedro do Sul, is characterized by lush landscape that surrounds it, where you can camp in the shade of pines, beeches, birches, broom, ideal for lovers of nature observation. Here you can certainly rest to the sound of birdsong and power walking while dazzles with the landscape. Explore the mountain villages of Drave Covas do Monte and Covas do Rio and Pity.

Islands located to the northeast of Peniche and the Cape Carvoeiro, a granite formation that is about 280 millions of years old. The largest is the Berlenga Island, but there are several smaller islands around it (Cerro da Velha, Estela and Meda do Norte, among others). It is one of the main nestling and refuge spots for sea birds and also houses a series of other species. Among the animals, a special note to the presence of lizards, namely the ocellated lizard, and among the plants, many herbal species.

The Cedofeita Street was built into structure as a main thoroughfare of the walled city and, in 1784, João de Almada e Melo ordered to cut through the Quinta da Torrinha. Most of the constructions are from the XVIII, XIX and XX centuries, although you can still find some buildings from the XVII century. Balconies, terraces, irons, glazed tiles, ashlars-work, ceramics and mansards are some the architectonical elements that contribute to particularize this thoroughfare, which has equally a big historic and cultural importance.

Located near the point where the Tâmega and Douro rivers meet, the Quinta da Torre Thermae (Entre-os-Rios) have been, since the end of the 19th century, a place for relaxing and treating several illnesses. The country landscape, in a beautiful green park with centuries old trees, contributes to that relaxing atmosphere.The Thermae Balnearies have two hotels. The water is specifically indicated for respiratory diseases, rheumatism and muscular and bone diseases. The thermae are open from April to October.

The golf course of Quinta das Lágrimas has nine holes but features all the difficulties of the short game, with a total length of 363 metres and a sand bunker. Offers driving range with 35 outgoing rugs, covered and uncovered, with night illumination and grass area to hit balls. The putting green has nine holes with relief and chipping green two target holes. Also offers indoor game room and club-house. The younger ones can still attend golf school.

The result of a protocol signed between the City Council and the University of the Azores, this museum is organized with a central space, the Municipal Museum, and three museum centers integrated into the community: the Olaria museum center, the Forno de Loiça and the Fábrica da Luz museum center. Here you can see pottery objects, ceramics, learn about traditional arts and crafts and appreciate a collection of traditional vessels from the Azores. It also works as a research center in the areas of Archaeology, Ethnography and History.

The Portuguese Toy Museum is located in Casa do Arnado, on the right bank of the Lima River, next to the Roman bridge. It features a permanent exhibition of toys of Portuguese origin, dating from the end of the 19th century and extending until 1986. You can also appreciate the different manufacturing techniques and raw materials used in their design. Do not leave without going through the magnificent garden to the "Sala das Brincadeiras" and the "Oficina do Brinquedo", as well as the space dedicated to temporary exhibitions.

Possui dois núcleos expositivos, um com conteúdos históricos subjacentes ao tema e alguns exemplares de presépios de vários períodos da nossa história e de vários pontos do país, constituindo uma exposição permanente; e outro, de projeção de documentários alusivos à história e à ligação de Alenquer ao Presépio.
