A revivalist palace with an iregular plan, where one should notice the façades, totally coated with stonework, the main portal which gives access to the atrium with friezes and stucco medallions, some involving mural paintings, and the main hall with two paintings on the ceiling surrounded by stucco oval fringes. He currently works as cultural Centre: Municipal Library, Dance Center of Oeiras and Centre for the study and dissemination of ancient music.
