A pedestrian trail on the Montemuro mountain. The departure is from the Shrine of Our Lady of the Monte (Hill), crossing the eolic park. It is a small trail along rural and mountain pathways, 19 km long, lasting approximately 6 hours.

The route begins by a dirt path-the Canada of Atoleiros-that rises until it reaches the two windmills in ruins, already in place of Arrebentão. Then reaches the "quarry Pit", where it was removed the stone for construction of typical houses of Mariana. The trail begins at the portinho da Fajã dos Vimes and follows along the coast toward the Fajã dos Bodes and then towards the Lourais, passing through a thicket of incense and beech. The route continues toward the Fajã de São João, a very characteristic village, where small houses, narrow streets and traditional sidewalk create a unique ambience and very enjoyable. In this fajã there is also a small fishing port.

A 50 km long trail that starts at the information centre of Mondim de Basto. It passes by lovely landscapes and amazing architectural examples, as well as natural reservations. A special note to the Fisgas do Ermelo waterfall, to the Olo river and to the rivers that flow to the Tâmega river.

The Currais trail stretches along an astounding area of natural beauty of the Peneda-Gerês. 10 km long, along three "currais" of the barren fields of Vilar da Veiga: the Curral da Espinheira, the Curral da Carvalha das Éguas and the Curral da Lomba do Vidoeiro. Its difficulty level is of medium to high difficulty.

An 8 km long pedestrian trail that lasts a little more than three hours, with a low difficulty level. As indicated by the name, one gets to visit the mills at the village of Várzea, in Parada. In the old days, Paredes de Coura was known as the "Barn of the Minho".

As indicated by the name, this pedestrian trail is mostly concerned with the panoramic views of the Coura lands. Even though it is a climb, its 12 km are mainly easy. A special note to the Lugar de Coutos with views of the Coura river, the Corno do Bico, which is the highest point in the parish and the Penedo do Rebolinho, shaped like a ball, that seems to be about to fall at any moment.

A small trail with a low level of difficulty. 7.5 km that last about four hours. The Corno de Bico is the trail's highest spot, at an altitude of about 900 metres. During the trail, one may view several examples of the parishe's wild and natural diversity.

A small, quite easy pedestrian trail that is 4.5 km long and lasts about two and a half hours. It has rd and yellow signs along protected landscapes, woods and many other truly lovely country places.
