Over this arch there is a triple window. On the sides of the window, two painted figures stand out, by José Bielman, symbolizing Art and Science. Note the tracery that tops the entire building. At the entrance, in the center of the vast room, an ornamental staircase gives access to an upper level, where some tables serve as support for the exhibition of books.
