This belvedere has views of the Zêzere river valley and the Cabril dam. Hence, it is an obligatory visit.

Ribeira de Pera rises in Serra da Lousã, more precisely in Porto Ervideiro, at 1180 meters above sea level. It crosses the municipality of Castanheira de Pera and Pedrógão Grande and flows into the Zêzere. Along the way, there are other points of interest, such as the caster mills and the old oil mill.

Zêzere River Dam, is one of the largest Portuguese dams and also constitutes one of the largest freshwater reserves in the country. The landscape from here is imposing.

A belvedere located in the extremity of the Promontório do Sítio, that falls abruptly to the sea, where one finds the Fortress of São Miguel Arcanjo, whose construction was ordered by Dom Sebastião, in 1577, for the defense of the bay from the algerian, moroccan and normand pirates. To the east there are views of the Salgado beach and, to the west, of the town of Nazaré and the Norte beach.

This garden green and flowery, with flower beds, lawns is located right in front of the Monastery of St. Michael. It is very frequented by people who seek to simply wander. Has benches where you can sit and read quietly.

From here one may view a large part of the parish, its natural beauties and the typical houses.

This park has wide pine woods, barbecues, wc, a place where one may wash one's dishes, a small playground and lamps.
