The Ciao Bella Pizzeria opened in the summer of 2012 in praia da Aguda in Vila Nova de Gaia. The location, two small fisherman's House recovered, offers a beautiful view to the sea and a calm and relaxing environment. The pizzeria Ciao Bella offers, besides great pizzas, steaks and pasta, extolling the Italian cuisine.
Located on a hill, this oval castle retains the curtain wall of the bastion of the angel São Miguel. It was built in 1320, by order of King Dinis, to defend the newly created village of Cerveira. Several monuments stand out from the intramural set, namely the pillory, the church and the chapel. The fortifications built in the 17th century were destroyed with urban growth. In the 19th century, the growth of the town sacrificed a large part of the fortification, with the Keep and the north wall disappearing. The historic area of Caminha is extremely picturesque and combines historic/medieval features with the touristic side. The Chafariz do Terreiro (1517) in the centre, the Paços do Concelho (16th century) and the Clock Tower (a medieval monument of the old defensive walls) are worth a look. The tourists that come from nearby Galicia and fill the terraces in the surrounding cafes liven up the town's centre.
