Centro da Vila de Caminha
The historic area of Caminha is extremely picturesque and combines historic/medieval features with the touristic side. The Chafariz do Terreiro (1517) in the centre, the Paços do Concelho (16th century) and the Clock Tower (a medieval monument of the old defensive walls) are worth a look. The tourists that come from nearby Galicia and fill the terraces in the surrounding cafes liven up the town's centre.
