The Municipal Library of Santiago do Cacém, equipped in a modern and functional way. It has quality and up to date equipments and documents.

The Library has a space destined for adults, with a newspapers area, an infantile/juvenile area, a room where several musical performances, theatrical exhibitions and even conferences take place and photocopies and printing space.

At Moinho Novo, where the path begins, one can have a brief explanation of the dunes dynamics and of the lagoon systems in the region. The pedestrian walk is about 2.5 km long and lasts two hours.
