A landscape and cultural walk that lasts about two and a half hours. It is a small trail albeit with some declivities. Ideal for observing a group of 13 water mills, the grey herons that have their nests here, viewing the banks of the Sousa river and, with due precautions, swimming.
It has been eleven years already that the Paredes parish becomes a true stage for the most diverse art forms. Art, literature, poetry, music, theatre, craftswork and folklore represinte the six parishes of the Sousa Valley, with a program that has been most successful and has brought to Paredes important names of the arts in Portugal, such as Raúl Solnado and Maria João and Mário Laginhas.
