Este espaço museológico conta com 23 hectares, onde se conseguiu manter a traça original e os objetos utilizados tradicionalmente no fabrico do Queijo de Azeitão. Durante a visita aprender-se a história e a confeção artesanal deste queijo, terminando com uma degustação.

A building of the 18th century, decorated with tiles of master P M P and with painted ceilings with pictures of Santelmo (tha patron saint of the old brotherhood of the Corpo Santo). It has a small chapel covered in golden carvings and, on the first floor, a room adapted to welcome temporary exhibitions.

This museum, located from its origins in the Convent of Jesus in Setúbal, features about 500 years of history and art, namely religious art (painting, sculpture, jewelry, from the 15th to the 19th centuries) and the "Primitivos de Setúbal" (The Primitives of Setúbal), that is, the Church of Jesus' retable, of about 1520-30, fourteen panels of oil painting on wood by the painter of the king Dom Manuel I, Jorge Afonso.

A space where one can view archaeological collections, mainly from the areas to the south of the district. It has an ethnography section connected with the fishing and agricultural traditions of the region and miniatures of boats and factories built by the popular artist Borda d'Água.

A space located in an old fish preserves factory, that features collections of agricultural objects belonging to Michel Giacometti, industrial machines related to preserves and lithographies.
