A dam on the Douro river with imposing landscapes of vineyards with an amphitheatre shape. The most common fish species are the barbel, the nase, the carp and the chub. There is a river beach, a pier and access ramps. Swimming and the use of motor boats are permitted. Fishing and surfing are also allowed with certain restrictions.
